Quality & Materials

What type of paper do you use?

We use museum-grade 100% Cotton Rag (Smooth/Hot Pressed). This media features a smooth matte finish with no optical brightening agents and a natural coloration.

How long will the prints last?

Our prints have a light-fast rating of over 100 years, making them the premier choice for archival photography and artwork reproductions.

Is the colour accurate?

Yes. Our workflow is calibrated by renowned figures in international color science to guarantee 100% colour accuracy throughout the printing process.

 

Shipping & Logistics

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free Australia wide.

How are prints packaged?

Prints are first rolled in protective cellophane wrapping and placed inside a rigid mailing tube with reinforced walls. The tube is packed with recyclable material and sealed with end caps.

A4 & A3 Prints: Shipped flat in rigid, heavy-duty cardboard mailers to prevent any curling.

A2 & A1 Prints: Hand-rolled and shipped in extra-strength 90cm protective tubes.

How is it delivered?

Production Lead Times: Every print is custom-made to order. Please allow 7 business days for our lab to print and prepare your art before it is dispatched. Expect 7–10 business days for delivery.

We utilise a dedicated fleet of vans for many metro areas and partner with trusted art couriers for door-to-door service across Australia.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we offer free shipping within Australia. If you are located overseas, please contact us for a custom shipping quote.

Can I track my order?

Tracking Your Art: Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link directly from our courier so you can follow your print’s journey to your door.

Returns & Care

If your print arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photographic evidence. Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you free of charge. You do not need to ship the defective item back to us.

To complete your refund or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days or a replacement product forwarded.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at enquiries@jasperdiamondphotography.com

What if my print is damaged?

Our shipments are fully insured. In the rare event of transit damage, we will organise a replacement immediately.

How should I handle my print when it arrives?

If your print arrives in a tube (A2/A1), we recommend laying it flat on a clean, dry surface for 24 hours before framing. This allows the paper fibers to relax naturally.
