At Jasper Diamond Photography, we believe the delivery of your art should be as seamless as the image itself. We partner with Southern Buoy, one of Australia’s premier fine art labs, to ensure every print meets museum standards.
How much is shipping?
Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping Australia-wide on all orders.
How are prints packaged?
Prints are first rolled in protective cellophane wrapping and placed inside a rigid mailing tube with reinforced walls. The tube is packed with recyclable material and sealed with end caps.
A4 & A3 Prints: Shipped flat in rigid, heavy-duty cardboard mailers to prevent any curling.
A2 & A1 Prints: Hand-rolled and shipped in extra-strength 90cm protective tubes.
How is it delivered?
Production Lead Times: Every print is custom-made to order. Please allow 7 business days for our lab to print and prepare your art before it is dispatched.
We utilise a dedicated fleet of vans for many metro areas and partner withAustralia Post and trusted art couriers for service across Australia.
Can I track my order?
Tracking Your Art: Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link directly from our courier so you can follow your print’s journey to your door.
